Welcome & Owner Contact Details

A word from the Cheryl Coombes, proud owner of Sea-Renity

Holidaying over many years in Sidmouth, my dream was always to own my own little piece of this hidden gem of a town. Having undergone successful cancer treatment, my dream became more important to realise. Sea-Renity was born out of the calm and peaceful mind which accompanied each visit to this beautiful town and which I hope you too will feel and fall in love with, as I did. Sea-Renity is my special place, I sincerely hope that it becomes that for you too.

Cheryl

We would ask you to take a few minutes to read through all the arrival Information as we feel it will help you enjoy your holiday from the moment you walk through Sea-Renity’s front door.

Locals Knowledge

Places to eat and visit in and around Sidmouth

I have put together a few suggested places to eat in and around the local area.
In these uncertain times, both restaurants and pubs are taking bookings ahead of the day. I would advise you look to book up well in advance if within peak holiday season and the limitation on number of reservations that may well still be in force, a spur of the moment booking is likely to result in disappointment.

There is so much to see and do in the area, but Crealy’s is a must if you have children!

Departure Information

Departure (Check-Out) Time

10:15

Check out Time: 10.15 am

Just as a reminder, we would be grateful if you can depart by 10.15 as our cleaner will need to park up to come in and clean for the guests who follow you. We would ask you to please ensure Sea-Renity is left clean and tidy on your departure and all rubbish is put out in the appropriate bins. Please do not leave any food in the fridge or cupboards for use by guests following into the property, so we would ask you to either take home with you or throw it out in the food refuse container provided. We would like to thank you in advance for adhering to this.

Linen

On your departure day, we would ask you to strip all beds as used down to the protective mattress cover and the pillow protector. You will find two large bags in the walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom. Please place the linen in one bag and the towels (also the bath mats) as used in the other and put the bags in the black box down the side of the house for collection. The Laundry will collect from here.

Tea Towels

Please do not put used tea towels, oven gloves, cleaning cloths nor the towel from the utility room in with the laundry; these will be collected by the caretaker. Thank you in advance.

Keys

Please ensure that the spare key set is put back on the coat rack where it was found on arrival and as you depart the property for the final time, the key set is put back into the key safe.
